Job Title: Outbound Calling Coordinator
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

The Outbound Calling Coordinator is responsible for building strong relationships with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and other communications to generate targeted weekly appointments. This role ensures accurate record-keeping of all interactions, manages follow-ups, and tracks sales progress to meet set goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Rapport with Prospects:

Build strong relationships with assigned prospects by conducting outbound calls, texts, emails, and other communications, aiming to achieve targeted weekly appointments.

  • Maintain Records:

Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions with prospects to track progress and manage follow-ups effectively.

  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • GED or high school diploma required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in inbound or outbound sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales or appointment-setting targets.
  • Experience using CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Spanish language proficiency is a perk but not required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or customer relationship roles.
