Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage IT services for internal and external clients.
Administer and configure server infrastructures (Windows/Linux, VMware/Proxmox).
Oversee Active Directory and Azure AD environments, ensuring smooth operations.
Ensure system security and create detailed technical documentation.
Support the execution of IT projects and collaborate with senior team members.
Manage infrastructure monitoring and ensure secure, stable operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

German language C1, English B2
Experience in Windows/Linux server environments and virtualization platforms (VMware/Proxmox).
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Azure AD.
Solid understanding of IT security practices.
Excellent documentation skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
Service-oriented with a collaborative approach to working with clients and teams.
