Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and vision for our Salesforce products, taking into consideration market trends and client needs
- Work closely with the development team to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to gather feedback and incorporate it into the product roadmap
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all Salesforce-related projects and provide guidance and support to the team
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing any product-related inquiries or concerns
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionalities
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and continuously improve product knowledge and expertise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and services, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering Salesforce projects
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Certified Product Owner, Certified Administrator) are a plus
