Position: Marketing Specialist
Working Hours:
9 am - 5:00 pm EST (Full Time)

*Experience with the USA market and e-commerce is a MUST
*Excellent verbal and written English skills
*Strong copywriting skills in English
*Proven experience in digital marketing, data analysis, and strategic planning
*Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and successful campaign management
*Strong analytical skills for actionable insights
*Experience with Shopify and e-commerce optimization (preferred but not required; easy to learn)
*Proficiency in Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics
*Continuous learner with a proactive attitude
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

*Write copy for ads, emails, and product descriptions
*Develop and maintain the website and brand theme
*Implement effective SEO strategies and optimize website content
*Manage and optimize Shopify for enhanced user experience and sales
*Collaborate with USA-based contractors and vendors to produce continuous product content, including conceptualizing video and photo ideas and directing their execution
*Work with influencers to enhance brand visibility
*Develop and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
*Stay updated on digital marketing trends and innovations
*Utilize Google Merchant Center for product listings and shopping campaigns
*Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics
*Analyze market trends and consumer behavior in the USA
*Drive strategic decisions using key data points
