1-3 years’ experience in customer support, Associates or Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field preferred, A+ and/or Help Desk Analyst certifications a plus, Experience supporting standard hardware and software applications, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key responsabilities:
- Receive and respond to IT alerts and tickets
- Track metrics around infrastructure performance
- Prepare and present client service reports
- Manage client documentation and communications
- Provide help desk services for EDCi employees
