FLSA Status: Exempt

Posting Salary Range: $55,167 - $85,409

What We’re Looking For:

Trillium Health Resources is seeking an IT Network Engineer who be responsible for the administration, deployment, monitoring, upgrade, and support of all Information Technology related systems including servers, PCs, LAN/WAN switching and routing, operating systems, security, wireless systems, storage solutions, PC hardware, software and peripherals and all telephone related hardware for an enterprise level Unified Communications systems.

On a typical day you might :

  • Administer, maintain, and support the Agency’s data, voice & security systems infrastructure
  • Monitor performance of network
  • troubleshoot network problems and outages
  • Schedule maintenance
  • Monitors problem/change activities 
  • Installs network infrastructure equipment. Implements backup and recovery procedures 
  • Provide after-hours IT Department support coverage on a rotating basis

Qualifications: 

Minimum Education: High School or Associate’s (with certification)

Required Experience:  

High School diploma and three (3) years’ experience in: 

  • Server operating system (Microsoft Server, Linux) or hardware administration 
  •  TCP/IP Networking (Routing / Switching / Subnets / Masks / Vlans) 
  •  DHCP / DNS 
  • Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements. 

Associate’s degree and minimum one (1) year experience in: 

  • Server operating system (Microsoft Server, Linux) or hardware administration ·
  • TCP/IP Networking (Routing / Switching / Subnets / Masks / Vlans) 
  •  DHCP / DNS
  •  Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements.

 

 OR

 Equivalent combination of education/experience.

Preferred Experience: Experience with two (2) or more of the following preferred: · 

  • Network Security including firewalls, 
  • IDS/IPS 
  • Cloud Computing with Azure, AWS, Google, Private clouds) 
  •  Data protection including backup/recovery and replication  
  • Administration of virtual Server environments such as Vmware, HyperV, Acropolis
  • Email administration 
  • Microsoft Active Directory 
  •  Wireless LAN (WIFI) · Project Management 
  •  VOIP Systems (Cisco Call Manager, Avaya, 3CX, Shoretel, or others)

License/Certification: High School and Two-year degrees require certification.

Preferred: Network +, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, PMP, Vmware, Google, Aws, Azure will be accepted.

Must have a valid driver’s license, a valid active driver’s license is required to be maintained for this position
