We are looking to hire a motivated, dependable, goal oriented, individual to lead our Data Migration team. This role will focus on the technical aspects required to implement a new account. In this role, you will be required to work with new Briostack subscribers. You will help the subscriber import and review data from the subscriber’s legacy system into the Briostack system. You will be a key player in helping the new subscriber go live with Brio. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with Microsoft Excel to organize customer information. 

  • Work with new subscriber data to insure a clean import into Briostack. 

  • Work with new subscribers to trouble shoot data inconsistencies and make appropriate corrections. 

  • Consult with subscribers to understand their business and recommend best practices in the use of Brio software. 

  • Nurture positive relationships with subscribers to build trust. 

  • Participate in the ongoing creation and update of best practices for data migration and new subscriber onboarding. 

  • Operate across departmental boundaries. 

  • Consistently increase your knowledge of Brio software and the industry. 

  • Collaborate with other departments when necessary to help new subscribers achieve success. 

  • Be willing to work extra hours if necessary to meet SLAs. 

Qualifications 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. 

  • Customer service/support experience. 

  • Use of Microsoft Excel to manage data. 

  • High attention to detail. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Experience working across departments. 

  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks. 

Additional Experience Preferred: 

  • The ability to implement software. 

  • Experience migrating data between systems. 

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States, with access to our Denver, CO office if you are located in Colorado – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The base compensation for this position is $75,000 to $83,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
