We are looking for a proactive and creative ABM Campaign Manager to join our Performance Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, leveraging intent platforms and digital advertising channels. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring a seamless handover of qualified leads/accounts. This position requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to take the initiative, innovate, and drive campaigns that align with broader business goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ABM strategy, intent data utilization, and digital advertising. They should possess the ability to work collaboratively across departments while taking ownership of campaign execution and lead management processes.

We are Lean, Bold and Transparent - Join the robot revolution with us!

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the design, coordination, and execution of ABM campaigns, targeting specific accounts to drive engagement and conversions. Utilize a multi-channel approach, including digital advertising, email, and content marketing to reach key decision-makers.
  • Leverage intent data platforms to identify in-market accounts and optimize campaign targeting. Use intent signals to prioritize outreach and enhance personalization efforts across marketing activities.
  • Plan and execute digital advertising strategies (e.g., paid search, display, social media ads) that complement ABM efforts. Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and engagement from target accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and target accounts. Work on the process of lead/account qualification, ensuring leads are nurtured and ready for sales follow-up.
  • Act as a key liaison between marketing and sales, ensuring alignment on campaign goals, messaging, and performance metrics. Regularly communicate campaign progress, insights, and outcomes to the sales team.
  • Take a creative approach to campaign design and execution, exploring innovative ways to engage target accounts. Proactively identify new opportunities for growth and experimentation to enhance ABM effectiveness.
  • Track and measure campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for optimization. Make data-driven decisions to adjust strategies and improve outcomes continuously.
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Director and cross-functional teams, including content, digital, and sales, to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and customer journeys.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing ABM campaigns, with a solid understanding of ABM strategy and execution.
  • Familiarity with intent platforms and the ability to leverage intent data for campaign targeting (e.g., nRich, 6sense, Demandbase).
  • Strong experience in digital advertising across multiple channels (paid search, display, social media, programmatic).
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working closely with sales teams and managing the lead handover process.
  • Ability to think creatively and take the initiative in designing and executing campaigns that drive results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present campaign insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience in campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
