Description

We are looking for a passionate Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our Web Experience team. Reporting to the Content Team Lead, this Senior Content Marketing Manager will play a key role in crafting messaging and content for monday.com’s main web domain which receives millions of monthly visitors. You’ll be working closely with senior PMMs, designers, and product managers to bring monday.com’s brand and products to life. 

The monday.com Web Experience team owns everything under the monday.com domain. The team consists of designers, developers, content writers, and PMMs who work together in focused iterations to optimize and level-up our online experience and generate new business. 

This team is energetic, inspired, data-driven, and always working on the newest products and messaging for monday.com.

About The Role

  • Be a strategic partner in developing concise and effective messaging for monday.com minsites and homepage. 
  • Work across departments to communicate project timelines, gather and incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality content.
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate messaging and optimize user experience across our site.
  • Conduct competitor research in order to bring fresh messaging, insights, and user experience to our domain.



Requirements

  • Native English speaker and writer (required)
  • 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing
  • A strategic self-starter who brings vision and passion to the work they do
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once
  • Eager to take full ownership of strategic projects 
  • Strong communication skills  
  • Ability to work well within and across teams, and give and receive constructive feedback
