monday.com is looking for a talented Account Executive based in Tel- Aviv, who will be responsible for generating new business.


About The Role

  • Own Your Accounts: Manage a portfolio of clients, becoming their go-to advisor and trusted partner.
  • Show Customer Value: Use your knowledge of monday.com to help customers see real returns on their investment.
  • Find New Opportunities: Spot chances to grow accounts through upselling, add-ons, and cross-selling.
  • Master the Platform: Get to know the monday.com platform inside and out, and explain its benefits to clients.
  • Consult and Inspire Change: Work with customers to improve their processes and encourage them to embrace new ideas.
  • Promote Internally: Create and run programs within client organizations to raise awareness and increase usage of monday.com.
  • Team Up for Success: Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent account management and share customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS company – required.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the entire sales cycle: from lead generation, demo, and contracts– required.
  • High level Hebrew and English language skills
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and handling legal discussions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at multiple levels within client organizations.
  • Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to gain credibility with executives.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, adaptable, curious, and eager to thrive in a startup environment.
