<title>About the role</title>

You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver high quality user insights while maintaining and enhancing user trust. You will own an end-to-end vision, strategy and roadmap that meets operational and business needs, set P&L targets and measure the impact of your area. You will identify business opportunities and bring to life innovative services that will help us provide an efficient infrastructure for actionable user insights, aggregate user data in a compliant manner, and enable users (drivers, riders, couriers, partners, etc.) to securely authenticate and build trust with each other and with Bolt.

You will partner with our business operations and influence other product teams across Bolt's businesses (rides, delivery, rentals, etc.), maintaining a fine balance between building a system that is tailored to the user data needs of our businesses, while serving our diverse and hyper-local customer base!

Your deep technical and analytical knowledge, exceptional ability to optimise business processes, laser-sharp focus on users, track record of building world-class know your customer solutions, and ability to align with cross-domain and cross-functional stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

  • <point>You understand well how funnels operate and have a data-driven approach to making them more efficient. You embrace the complexity of operational processes and have strong analytical skills that enable you to break down complex systems into simple narratives to deliver a world-class user experience from a highly automated, operational and customer perspective.</point>
  • <point>You are highly technical (preferably with a background in analytics, computer science or engineering) and eager to dive deep into execution with your team and embrace technical complexity.</point>
  • <point>You have exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with our cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders, and you are fluent in English.</point>
  • <point>You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on mindset. </point>
