We have an exciting opportunity on our Enterprise Data team as an Associate Enterprise Data Specialist.

This role specifically supports the following area:

You will support operations by monitoring and cleansing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization. Ensures master data integrity in key ERP systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality. Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research, validate, and standardize data to support customer needs and company growth objectives.

  • Communicate internally and with third parties to provide feedback & recommend business process changes.

  • Apply critical thinking in reviewing vendor/third-party provided data in various formats for accuracy.

  • Understand internal and external customer data needs and expectations for information.

  • Ensure data collected supports the needs of business partners.

  • Perform recurring and ad hoc audits to ensure enrichment of key data gaps and to support online presentation.

  • Support channel-specific business needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent work experience required.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with/manipulating data required.

  • Solid understanding of and experience working in an MDM and/or PIM system.

  • Proficiency in Excel required.

  • Demonstrated ability to complete established goals with limited mentorship.

  • Keen attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exhibits awareness of data governance/management concepts.

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$3,658.74 - $6,398.46

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
