Job description

Qualifications:

 Schedule and transfer to office availability.

 Bilingual/advanced verbal English level (essential), with good accent and fluency.

 Great to have: Telephonic customer service.

 Good general communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Helpful and supportive attitude.

 Good time management, organization and efficiency working at a fast pace.

 Excellent detail orientation: Maintaining accuracy of data collected from customers is a must.

 Good command of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

 Be the first line of contact for new customers, serving them cordially, gathering their information and assessing whether the customer is suitable as a potential.

 Communicate with customers by phone, SMS, and email.

 Arrange appointments and commitments from potential customers, introducing them to a sales executive.

 Professionally weed out those customers who do not meet the requirements to obtain the company's service.

 Assist customers in receiving and scheduling additional services necessary to meet their needs.

 Maintain the confidentiality of information.
