THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced account manager to coordinate all communications between potential app sellers and the company’s internal teams. As part of your role, you will work closely with our technical diligence and acquisitions teams for the entire lifecycle of each deal, and write and sign contracts. This is a key role, having a direct impact on one of the core processes of the company.


Requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-have:

  • 3+ years of account management experience
  • Ability to answer promptly and accurately to the queries of both the app sellers and the internal teams, and to represent the company in a professional way
  • Experience working with the G-Suite tools (documents / spreadsheets)
  • Ability to handle sensitive data (such as payments)
  • Legal background, experience in handling contracts
  • Extremely detail-oriented and able to adhere to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Hubspot

We are a distributed team of more than 120 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 3/4 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best). We value open communication, proactivity and work/life balance and we measure our freelancers on performance, rather than on the time spent on the job.
