About the opportunity:

As our Sr. RVP of Mid-Market Sales, you will lead our stellar AMER sales team to continue accelerating our growth. Last year, we became the undisputed global leader in experience analytics - are you ready to join us and be part of what's next?


What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead at a second line level a significant AMER Sales Organization of first line sales leaders spanning west coast to east coast including LATAM & Canada
  • Implement a hands-on sales leadership approach to reach new logo targets and build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 
  • Conduct and implement comprehensive industry research and analysis and fine-tune our go-to-market strategy for the region 
  • Recruit and develop a top tier, diverse, efficient sales organization from leadership to individual contributor
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
  • Collaborate with the local leadership team and the cross functional teams to optimize business impact in AMER 
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting across the region and embed strong and rigorous forecasting methodologies throughout your organization
  • Manage overall sales process and at times evolve, transform or progress that methodology to fit trends or changes to segment or geo
  • Lean in heavy to pipeline management methodologies and set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management

  • What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Demonstrated progressive second line leadership experience leading teams in strategic sales. Multiple repeatable proof points of recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining leaders and individual contributors that make-up a high performing enterprise sales organization
  • Deep experience selling into accounts in core markets
  • Demonstrated progressive and consistent overachievements of annual quota
  • Demonstrated progressive experience in software sales, preferably with digital experience platform
  • Proven track record of working closely with the channel for growth leverage
  • Proven success partnering with Marketing, Channel, Alliances, Product, and Engineering peers
  • Demonstration of high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty and leadership
  • Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated and work well on their own or as a member of a team
  • Polished presentation skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and ambitious workload

    For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual base salary of $200,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. More details about our company benefits can be found below.
