Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to German-speaking users of our educational software via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist users in troubleshooting technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Guide users in navigating the software and maximizing its features.
  • Document support interactions and user feedback for product improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to product enhancement.
  • Engage in training sessions to expand your knowledge of the software and the education sector.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (both spoken and written) with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in English for collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the software or educational sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
