You’ll work in a hands-on role where you’ll also contribute strategically, driving client acquisition and developing sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UK Sales: Develop and implement both inbound and outbound sales strategies to drive growth and client acquisition.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, demonstrating the value of our SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the leadership team to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, provide forecasts, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Drive Differentiation: Articulate value propositions effectively in a competitive landscape, differentiating against competitors
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, ideally in B2B SaaS or Sports/Hospitality would be advantageous.
- Sales Acumen: Strong instincts for driving new business with a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
- Adaptability: Experience working with a varied client base, from SMEs to enterprise-level businesses, and a readiness to adapt as the portfolio evolves.
- Self-Starter: A results-driven, proactive individual with a “killer instinct” for closing deals and exceeding targets.
- Tools Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound prospecting tools.
