Job Highlights:

• 40 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Schedule: 40 hours a week fixed schedule with at least 2 hours overlap 9 AM to 5 PM PST
• Client Timezone: PST


Responsibilities:

• Input approved invoices into ERP system, ensuring accurate posting of GL accounts and filing of invoice record
• Reconciliation of bank statements to ERP
• Reconciliation of credit cards to ERP
• Monthly review of credit card statements to ensure all transactions have proper coding and receipt
• Review month end statements with team for accuracy
• Support annual federal tax filings with 3rd party accountant
• Prepare monthly B&O tax filings with Washington State
• Minimum of two hours of overlap with 9-5 PST schedule (likely 6am local time start)
• Proficiency with excel
• Need to have VPN for accessing our ERP system (can provide software)
• Require Microsoft Teams for communication (can provide software)
• Access to Sharepoint for file access (can provide software)
• Cell phone with Microsoft Authenticator for access to system & other 2FA



Requirements

• Proven experience in both bookkeeping and accounting roles
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, MYOB, or Xero)
• Strong financial reporting and analysis skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Flexibility to adjust working hours for collaboration
• Excellent communication skills for regular updates and check-ins
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a growing business environment
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to security measures
