Panoptyc is a fully remote team that has grown rapidly for the last 3 years, and is looking to expand our team with top talent from around the world.

The Opportunity

You’ll jump-start your career with us by taking ownership of these key responsibilities:

  • Wrangle, visualize, and analyze gathered data from data warehouses

  • Create accurate reports and derive actionable insights that explain the business’s data trends

  • Maintain data integrity and ensure the security of sensitive business information

  • Coordinate with engineering and cross-functional teams to align on data projects

Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?

  • Willing to work 40 hours Eastern Standard Time

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a BI Analyst

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and BI tools like Power BI, Google Looker

  • Great communication skills: Is fluent in English and comfortable talking to executives and corporate leaders

  • Technical background: Has fundamental programming knowledge and can identify potential causes of issues when they pop up

  • Takes initiative: Has a sense of urgency and performs necessary tasks without needing to be prompted

  • Responsible risk-taker: Willing to take calculated risks, create informed decisions, and take accountability for subsequent results

  • Detail-oriented – pays attention, especially to the minor details of tasks

  • Embrace ambiguity – when you don't know how to do something, you ask Google.

  • Low ego – if you don't know the answer, you ask questions. You aren't afraid of anybody knowing what you don't know.

  • Honest – even when the truth isn't great, you speak it. If you had an off day, or your manager is wrong, you say so.

Job Details:

  • Full-time status (40 hours per week)

  • Able to work during US Eastern time zone 

  • Up to Php 65k/month

  • Location: Philippines
