We're looking for a Claims Resolution Specialist to join our remote team.

Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate customer disputes and complaints to determine their validity and the appropriate course of action.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into disputed transactions, gathering all necessary information and evidence.
  • Prepare detailed and persuasive responses to customer disputes, addressing each issue with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather additional information and ensure timely resolution of disputes.
  • Escalate complex disputes to senior management or legal counsel as needed and assist in the development of strategies for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispute resolution activities and outcomes for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
  • 1+ experience in claims resolution or a related field.
  • Experience handling disputes in Stripe.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2 level).

Working Hours:
  • Part-time, 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, during daytime hours (EST)
