Repwest Insurance Company is looking for a Claims Clerk to provide administrative assistance to our claims office located in Phoenix, AZ.
This is a full time in-office position.
We are seeking an individual with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must have good customer service skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, logic and reasoning skills. Must have the ability to remain calm and diffuse difficult callers.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Preparing correspondence for newly reported claims
Researching claims to rule out duplicate files
Requesting police reports
Requesting equipment photos and inspections
Preparing certified letters for mailing
Answering and routing telephone calls as well as taking messages
Routing correspondence to claim files
IRS TIN matching
Adding vendors to system
Provide additional support and research as requested by management
