Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Italian-Speaking Technical Support Specialist, featuring fully paid relocation to Greece and the flexibility to work remotely! Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding technical support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Educate customers on how to optimize their use of our products and services.
  • Document all support interactions and solutions to streamline future service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in continuous training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and technical skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
