As a Native French Speaking Customer Service representative, you will be the key point of contact for French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they receive outstanding customer support across various channels.

Responsibilities
  • Assist French-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and providing solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Manage customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and policies
  • Follow established procedures and adhere to quality standards

Requirements

  • Fluency in French as a native speaker and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece
  • Valid European Passport or ID
