As a Native Dutch Speaking Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for assisting Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction across various communication channels.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Work as part of a team to achieve customer service goals

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch as a native speaker and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to providing outstanding service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece
