Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to Norwegian-speaking clients using our products.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues through various communication channels.
  • Guide customers in utilizing our solutions effectively to enhance their experience.
  • Document all support interactions and solutions to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex inquiries.
  • Participate in continuous training to stay updated on product offerings and technical knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian (both verbal and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in technical support or a related field is an advantage.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • Proactive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
