Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive 360° Recruiter to undertake a freelance, commission-based assignment. The ideal candidate will manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, efficiently navigating both client and candidate interactions. This role is tailored for self-driven professionals who excel in a fluid, performance-driven environment.

Key Deliverables
  • Actively prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and relationship-building efforts to secure business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and placing them in client roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their talent needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate fees, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Maintain and grow a database of clients and candidates, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets based on successful placements and client satisfaction.
Requirements and Expertise
  • Proven experience as a 360 recruiter or in a similar business development-focused recruitment role.
  • Strong track record of securing new business and placing candidates across various industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a commission-only, high-performance environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, ATS systems) and a solid understanding of various industries.
