<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

  • <point>Focus on building long-term business relationships with Partners in the assigned portfolio.</point>

  • <point>Proactively communicate with Partners in the region via phone and internal messaging to assist in business development, as well as in-person online meetings and market visits to the assigned portfolio (up to 50% of the time).</point>

  • <point>Oversee operational and commercial metrics of assigned portfolio and given market.</point>

  • <point>Excellence in assessing local market characteristics, trends, and factors, and effectively prioritizing and managing assigned portfolio performance to drive business value and GMV growth.</point>

  • <point>Manage and orchestrate consumer-facing campaigns, ensuring that all processes are implemented at the city/zone/cuisine level to improve overall performance and maximize campaign results.</point>

  • <point>Observe market and competitor behavior and create Partner optimization plans to increase volumes from existing customers.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

  • <point>You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, business consultancy, business development, sales, customer support</point>

  • <point>You have affinity or experience within e-commerce, HoReCa and/or food tech or other on demand industry  are considered a plus.</point>

  • <point>You have a proven track record of client success and consistently achieving metrics and revenue targets.</point>

  • <point>You have good analytical skills. Ability to interpret and present data to support decision-making.</point>

  • <point>You will be passionate about building relations with others and have sales approach.</point>

  • <point>You will have excellent communication & written skills in Greek and communicative English.</point>
