Job Description

As a member of the legal team, you will use your legal expertise to advise the entire company on various e-commerce issues, with a focus on the marketplace and contracts. You will ensure balanced risk management.
 

Responsibilities:

  • You will provide independent and cross-departmental advice on a wide range of legal issues in the area of e-commerce, particularly in the areas of Marketplace and contracts. 

  • Structuring, drafting, negotiating and/or approving terms and conditions, policies, templates and other documents related to Marketplace and contractual matters.

  • Supporting the development, implementation and monitoring of policies, guidelines, legal documents and documents required for the Marketplace .

  • Design and delivery of training in the above areas.

  • Comprehensive identification and resolution of all legal risks within the scope of team/project responsibility in the short and long term.

  • Legal support and implementation of international, cross-departmental projects, e.g. in the areas of Marketplace and contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed law studies At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a company or law firm

  • Willingness and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of law

  • Structured, flexible and solution-oriented way of working

  • Strong procedural and analytical thinking skills as well as the ability to structure, analyze and summarize complex issues in a targeted manner

  • Strong service orientation and quality awareness

  • Hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team, understanding and enthusiasm for economic contexts

  • Strong communication, organizational and team skills

  • Very good written and spoken English (C1), further language skills, especially German and/or Russian, an advantage
