What You'll do
Win new enterprise customers in Southeast Europe for SOTI´s award-winning software technology
Set appointments to present SOTI product benefits to prospects, conduct product demonstrations to technical and commercial decision-makers, and make use of SOTI´s technical pre-sales resources whenever necessary
Manage sales cycle completely process including not only acquisition and product demonstrations but also quoting, negotiating and – most importantly – closing deals directly or together with a SOTI reseller
Manage and maintain the relationship with the new enterprise customer to grow the customer by selling additional SOTI products
Work closely together with the technical pre-sales team to make sure the prospect can test the SOTI solution in the best possible way
Track and weekly review lead, pipeline progression and forecast in SOTI´s CRM system
Travel is required (South-East Europe).
Experience You'll Bring
Ideally, 4-5 years of experience in B2B solution sales to large accounts as a new business hunter while being a Sales Representative / Sales Account Manager at a reseller or a hardware/software vendor
Experience in managing the sales cycle completely from acquisition to deal closing with a proven track record, especially in deal closing
Experience in selling Mobile Applications, SaaS offerings or especially Enterprise Mobility Management solutions (MDM/MAM/EMM) to large accounts would be a strong asset
Strong presentation and communication skills
MS Office skills required
Solution-motivated, successful and results-oriented
Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and a professional attitude
Self-efficiency and ability to work as an individual from home
Experience with Salesforce and readiness to work with the program
