MISSIONS

ManoMano is now building a new family-based organization for France.

Each family will be composed of several positions, such as AM, BD, Catman & Emerch to reinforce our strategy of being a highly specialized player in the DIY vertical.

In this context, we are looking for a Seller Account Manager for the Heating & Bathroom market team who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of French sellers.

Scopes:

  • You will manage and improve relationships with both niche and growing sellers

  • Focused on the heating & Bathroom sector


The missions:

  • You will support sellers in defining and implementing their roadmaps and operational projects targeted at increasing their sales in ManoMano.

  • You will define performance objectives, offer guidance, and foster growth within the key sellers' operations.

  • You will coordinate, implement, and supervise projects and programs to maximize ManoMano's business volume and profitability in the short term such as logistics, advertising, and cross-border operations

  • You will pitch, challenge or support sellers at key moments: integration in other platforms , difficulties, arbitration, the pricing, the selection, the availability, logistics etc.

  • You have a 360° view of your sellers to be able to prioritize the most impactful initiatives on your portfolio and be supportive of strategic negotiations

  • You will manage the day-to-day of your portfolio.

  • You will facilitate the collaboration and communication between technical and business teams


PROFILE

  • You are driven by the performance of sales targets, you know how to analyze them and draw up action plans to achieve your objectives (including advanced skill in GSheets, Excel, and Qlik; SQL is a plus)

  • You are highly organized and you have excellent skills in managing a portfolio of long-tail sellers

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to report and influence at a high level, both internally and with seller management

  • Strong interest in the DIY sector and a general understanding of e-commerce challenges (UX, B2B, selection, delivery experience, competitors…)

  • Strong Business Sense, ability to innovate and identify new opportunities

  • Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in breaking top deals

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and constantly changing environment

  • Fluent in French and English
