Job Summary

Play a pivotal role in optimizing sales and profitability through effective budgeting, buying, and strategic alignment with company objectives. Leverage data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

•    Budgets & Planning:
⁻    Lead the creation and management of eCommerce budgets and sales forecasts to align with company goals.
⁻    Develop and execute comprehensive action plans to achieve financial targets, with a focus on in-season adjustments and strategy optimization.

•    Sales & Inventory Management:
⁻    Oversee end-to-end inventory management, including purchasing, inventory flow, and product lifecycle management.
⁻    Strategically manage promotions, markdowns, and pricing to align with commercial strategies and maximize profitability.
⁻    Design and implement SKU frameworks for the apparel team, driving efficiency and productivity.

•    Data & Reporting:
⁻    Develop and refine plans and forecasts for key eCommerce KPIs (e.g., traffic, AOV, CVR, marketing channels, fulfillment metrics).
⁻    Conduct in-depth scenario analyses to identify growth opportunities, support strategic business decisions, and measure outcomes.
⁻    Oversee the “run the business” reporting process, leading efforts to automate and improve reporting capabilities and processes.

•    Collaboration & Leadership:
⁻    Serve as a strategic partner to growth hacking, marketing, and business teams, ensuring alignment and actionable insights through effective communication.
⁻    Lead cross-functional discussions, proposing proactive solutions to address business needs and drive continuous improvement.
⁻    Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

⁻    Typically requires 8 years of related experience in planning, buying, forecasting, and inventory management.
⁻    Proven track record in managing eCommerce, retail, and wholesale metrics.
⁻    Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
⁻    Strong leadership skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
⁻    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
⁻    Ability to analyze complex information from multiple sources and develop actionable, data-driven plans.

•    Preferred
⁻    Experience in leading teams, both cross-functionally and directly, with a focus on driving business results.
⁻    Solid understanding of marketing metrics and performance measurements.
⁻    Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
