Job Role:

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage the entire accounting cycle including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting for both trading and manufacturing companies.
    • Record and maintain financial transactions accurately, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and comply with industry standards.
    • Reconcile bank statements, manage cash flows, and track expenses to ensure proper financial planning and control.
    • Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards and tax regulations when handling US-based accounting processes.
    • Use accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems to manage financial records and ensure smooth, automated operations.
    • Maintain accurate inventory tracking and costing for manufacturing operations, including cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory valuation.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably in trading or manufacturing environments.
    • Proficiency in Tally and QuickBooks; knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of US GAAP and experience handling US-based accounting processes.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.


Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Timings: 9 AM - 6 AM
