My responsibilities

• providing support regarding Active Directory for ALDI International countries (Europe, United States, Australia)
• analysis, classification and solving system failures
• handling incidents, requests and changes
• taking part in certificate management
• improving processes (documentation, automation)
• cooperate with national and international IT departments
• Responsibility and optimisation of the international virtualisation infrastructure based on VMware vSphere and vSAN 
• Coordination of requirements in the international environment 
• Service design for the integration of cloud services into the existing system landscape
• Experience in the administration of VMware-based infrastructures (vSphere, vSAN) 

The knowledge I own

• high level of communication and persuasion skills, intercultural understanding and fluency in English, German knowledge is an advantage
• solid knowledge of Windows Server systems
• strong experience in Active Directory Administration and Certificate Administration
• completed or ongoing education in the field of IT
• well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude
• can work in a multi-shift operation, Monday to Friday between 7 am - 10.30 pm and provide on-call duty 7x24
• Knowledge of automation methods (e.g. Gitlab / PowerShell / Ansible) 
• Knowledge of cloud-based services (e.g. Azure / GCP)
