Summary:
We are looking for a Planisware Administrator / system analyst who can partner with our business stakeholder to capture system requirements, document user stories and make configuration and reporting changes specific to the TO needs.
In this role you will be the Diabetes Planisware support contract who will partner with all our corporate development functions to drive to configuration changes, development and reporting to meet Diabetes Planisware needs.
Responsibilities will include.
- Work with Planisware software provider to execute maintenance of business and continuous improvement to the system
- Responsible for the day to day operations of Planisware Support
- Work within Service Now system to resolve assigned tickets
- Provide 1:1 end user support when required to resolves system issues or doubts
- Ability to manage data audits and system solutions to improve data integrity
- Work with business or IT partners to drive system enhancements.
- Knowledge of and the ability to work in an agile environment.
- Experience in story writing for related to Admin improvements
- Assist Planisware Product Owner on system strategy and roadmap definition
- Assist Planisware Product Owner on system development and execution as well as continuous improvement updates
- Ability to set up configurations
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Consults with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs turning those needs into system requirements.
Provides technical expertise for system functional specifications and deploys new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner. May configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, system, and integration testing to meet business requirements. May lead crossfunctional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.
The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects from design to implementation while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education (typically University).

- Planisware Administrator Certification.

- Planisware Administrator Certification.
- Planisware Administrator Specialist is delivered to learner who successfully pass the Administrator Specialist (3/4) exam from our Planisware academy.
- Project Management Professional certified by PMI (PMP)
- Experience in Power BI and Reporting
- Experience in Product Development
- Ability to work in management systems to diagnose issues and drive solutions.
- Experience managing Planisware core tables and business-level administrative tasks (e.g. managing central tables, core functions and valid value lists) along with maintaining associated documentation
