Job Purpose

The HR Manager will support to the Regional CEO in helping to drive a high-performance culture. Remit of the role covers recruitment, training, employee relations, and strategic and operational employment advice.

The HR Manager will have significant influence and impact on the success of the business and play a key role in driving a performance-based culture that has the ability to change and adapt as the business environment and competitive landscape changes.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our business has the requisite talent to enable the accomplishment of its business strategy. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and embed a robust Talent Strategy.
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to ensure timely and quality decisions within budget.
  • Ensure that an excellent HR policy and procedure framework is in place to meet the needs of the business.
  • Overseeing all Employee Relations, performance management, disciplinary, and grievance procedures. 
  • To ensure the organisation has effective learning and talent development plans and initiatives to build organizational capacity and enhanced management capability.


Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Fast-paced, proactive HR generalist, who enjoys operating on an international scale, and is both hands-on and able to formulate and develop a people plan across multiple countries.
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced environment that puts the customer at the heart of its business.
  • Proactive, resilient and used to multi-tasking.
  • Proven ability to influence at senior level, consistently delivering strong commercial results.
  • Experience of working in a changing, ambiguous and pacey environment is a distinct advantage.
  • You should bring passion and energy to the role and be able to instil this in others.
