As our (Senior) HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy and driving a high-performance culture at Buynomics. You’ll manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while implementing innovative HR processes that support our rapid growth. Your deep knowledge of German labor law and experience in fast-paced environments will be crucial as we scale. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with leadership, mentor future HR talent, and enhance our workplace culture, ensuring operational excellence and employee development in a dynamic, diverse environment.

What you'll do: 

  • Handle day-to-day HR Administration incl. HR documentation (e.g. contract management, payroll preparation)
  • Drive automation across key people operations processes
  • Ensure excellent end-to-end onboarding experience
  • Act as a main point of contact for our employees located in Germany and Spain 
  • Implement people management disciplines across the entire employee lifecycle  including compensation and benefits, people development, and performance management to achieve business goals and increase employee satisfaction 
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of German legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance (the knowledge of Spanish labor law is a plus)
  • Drive the development of an exciting workplace culture where employee performance can be supported and enhanced effectively

 

What you'll need:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related fields
  • Up-to-date German labor law knowledge. Understanding of the Spanish labor law is a plus 
  • You have several years of experience working as a People Manager/HR Manager in Germany, preferably in a growing tech startup or fast-paced environment
  • You have a solid level of knowledge of existing processes and practices within the organization, and the ability to apply those that best suit the organizational context.
  • Fluent in German and English
