What You'll Do

As our Executive Assistant, you will support the Chief Marketing Officer and an additionaL SVP. Every day you will operate and work with all levels in the company. You will have many creative/coordination/administrative responsibilities. You will report to the Senior Director of Corporate Experience. The Executive Assistant will be a remote position based in the Western United States.

Responsibilities Include

  • Provide executive level support including complex calendar management and scheduling needs.
  • Help coordinate executive offsite meetings for CEO
  • Assist with coordination of All Hands meetings for CMO
  • Manage email inbox.
  • Secure and manage complex travel arrangements.
  • Ensure best use of executive time and related management.
  • Manage incoming requests on behalf of Executive.
  • Coordinate internal and external executive events and meetings, including staff, all-hands, and off-site meetings.
  • Manage administrative activities to help complete important deliverables, including reporting, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Manage expense reporting and reconciliation.
  • Provide support on special projects as needed.


What You'll Need to be Successful

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2 years providing direct support to senior-level executives
  • Event/Meeting planning experience
  • 3+ years experience and high expertise with Microsoft 365 products
  • Experience processing expense reports using Concur
  • Experience working with all levels of an organization


The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Colorado $83,800-$134,000 (annually)

Washington $83,800-$148,100 (annually)

California $83,800-$162,200(annually)

NYC $101,400-$162.2--(annually)

The pay range above is the general base pay range for you in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual salary/wage may be based on multiple factors, such as geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, and market and business considerations. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, depending on the terms of the applicable plan and your role
