About The Role

As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of business development representatives within our e-commerce business as we advance the way the world pays, banks, and invests. This will include driving revenue growth, building solid relationships, and encouraging colleague career development.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Consistently exceeding new business targets
  • Coaching your team and building a large prospect pipeline
  • Participate in the sales process as a senior voice of Worldpay from FIS
  • Working collaboratively across functions and building your business development team

What You Will Need

  • An in-depth knowledge of FIS products and a general knowledge of financial solutions technology
  • The ability to communicate with all three levels of management
  • Experience leading enterprise-level sales teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $96,610.00 - $159,410.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
