Join the Ascension Talent Acquisition Team as the AVP of Talent Attraction. You will develop the talent attraction strategy to attract and engage talent for current and future needs of the organization. Use data and market intelligence to understand how to best promote the organization as an employer of choice using a variety of different channels and tactics. Partner with Talent Acquisition Leadership to develop process, service level agreements, metrics and structure to ensure talent marketing and sourcing efforts are optimized and focused based on most critical needs. Work closely with leadership to articulate and educate all levels of the organization on the talent strategy to drive alignment, awareness and participation.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Drives innovation and creativity to develop new approaches and pilots to engage untapped talent pools
- Partners to improve candidate engagement through a variety of channels, relationships and tactics to build an external pipeline of talent
- Manages recruitment marketing budget
- Works closely with vendor partners to ensure external channels, feeds, landing pages and other related items are integrated, contemporary and measurable (where applicable). Supports opportunities with vendor partners to pilot new technology to enhance presence and overall effectiveness.
- Designs and refines recruitment marketing strategy including promotional channel selection, messaging, imagery testing and asset development at the national, market and individual hospital level
- Partners with leadership across the organization to educate on talent marketing strategy and efforts to ensure visibility, alignment and partnership occurs at all levels
- Creates tracking of all recruitment marketing and sourcing efforts to share results across stakeholder groups and to identify opportunities to maximize the reach of budget dollars in the talent attraction space
- Works closely with leadership to redefine, establish rules of engagement, structure, process and metrics for the talent sourcing model
- Partners closely with leadership to clearly define roles and responsibilities across the entire talent acquisition function (recruiting, sourcing, marketing, etc.)

Requirements
Education:
- Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
