Job description

Team Global Express is looking for a Freight Administration Officer to enhance our operations and support our commitment to delivering seamless freight solutions. In this role, you’ll manage diverse tasks and ensure our clients receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities and Job Requirements

  • This is a Full time, Permanent role where you will work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm). This role is on-site, 5 days a week 

  • Provide general administration, data entry and office support to the wider team where required

  • Scan and file office work and documentation, and be able to handle sensitive information in a responsible and compliant manner

  • Utilise our systems to complete administration and data entry tasks 

  • Process core operational data entry (connotes) correctly into our system each day

  • Prioritise your work effectively and efficiently throughout the day and complete tasks in a timely manner

  • Provide administrative support to the wider operations team where required

  • Maintain staff, training and compliance databases where required

  • Manage spreadsheet trackers, reports and other compliance documents in order to cleanse, update and maintain them on a regular basis

  • Precise data entry skills and excellent attention to detail are a must to be successful in this role

  • Previous experience in transport and logistics is preferred but not mandatory. Full scope training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.
