About the role
We are thrilled to introduce the position of Unified Communications Engineer to people who find themselves ready for a new challenge. Currently, several of our teams are looking for their newest additions! We are looking for professionals to provide reliable service to customers in different areas like Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams. Currently, we are looking to hire junior support engineers, who will become a part of our Unified Communications team and become UC Engineers, providing remote server and application support to DXC Technology's customers.

Daily challenges
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams services
  • Optimize processes and deliver high quality experience to customers
  • Monitor the Unified Communications systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Resolve client issues via ticketing system / email / etc.
  • Be a reliable partner to our customers

eXperience and skills required
  • MS Teams & Skype for Business troubleshooting
  • MS Windows Server and Active Directory administration
  • General understanding of Networking and VoIP
  • Analytical and problem-solving type
  • Attentive to details
  • Well organized and self-driven person
  • Fast learner that is able to overcome challenges in the fast-changing tech world
  • Fluent in English. German is considered as advantage
  • Team player
  • Keen to collaborate with customers every day, helping them get the most from our services, solutions, and processes
  • Willing to work on shifts (an advantage).
