Job description

We are seeking an SAP Global Batch Traceability (GBT) Manager with expertise in Quality Management (QM) and cross-integration with modules like Order to Cash (OTC) and Source to Pay (S2P). The role involves acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in global batch traceability, designing business processes, and managing traceability requirements. You will also ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, while independently resolving tickets and providing support for on-call escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the SME for Global Batch Traceability (GBT) in SAP.
Design business processes related to batch traceability and integrate with cross-functional teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction through First Call Resolution and minimal case rejections.
Provide L3 level support, handle incident and problem management.
Contribute to knowledge management and training, supporting freshers and participating in hiring processes.
