Job Description

We are seeking an HR Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our HR department. This role will focus on a variety of tasks, including HR documentation, employee inquiries, onboarding/offboarding, and data entry into our HR systems. The HR Administrator will be a key contributor to maintaining smooth HR operations, allowing other HR professionals to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize HR forms, documents, and records.
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and HR offerings.
  • Assist with employee status changes, benefits enrollments, and accurate data entry.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing documents, coordinating with IT, and maintaining the HRIS.
  • Provide administrative support for payroll and benefits administration, including data entry and issue resolution.
  • Oversee administrative tasks for leave management, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to support HR initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce
