The ideal candidate will manage the entire case process from start to finish, working collaboratively with paralegals and staff to meet client needs. This is a full-time, remote position with competitive compensation and bonus potential.Location:Tempe, AZDuties:Represent clients in consumer bankruptcy cases (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13).Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.Collaborate with paralegals and other staff to meet case requirements.Provide reliable advocacy for clients during challenging and stressful times.Review case-related documents and determine the best course of action for each client.Manage your caseload independently while working effectively with other team members.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in Arizona.Experience handling consumer bankruptcy cases (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13) from start to finish.Strong problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Positive attitude with a willingness to support clients through difficult situations.Strong time management and organizational skills.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in Arizona.Skills:Strong communication and advocacy skills.Ability to work independently and handle a full caseload.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Benefits:Starting salary of $100K per year, plus bonus opportunities.Full-time, remote work flexibility.Inclusive and supportive work environment committed to diversity.
