The Role
As a CRM Marketing & Data Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for driving policyholder growth through strategic acquisition initiatives and optimizing lead management processes. You will direct and optimize solutions for email, text and chatbot channel marketing, managing both the execution and administration of these channels.
Collaborate across teams (e.g., Creative, Marketing Technology, product and data science/analytics) to implement complex email and mobile journeys, including automations, behavioral, transactional, and triggered campaigns. Ensure all campaigns are compliant with corporate, legal, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to create and deploy campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications, with a strong understanding of data extensions, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate data display in communications. Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Monitor email, text, and chatbot deliverability, maintaining best practices for data hygiene and privacy. Stay informed on competitive and industry trends within the CRM space.
Your day-to-day:
- Develop and implement a robust CRM lead scoring data strategy to support business growth and customer relationship management initiatives. Collaborate to ensure data integrity, consistency and security across our platforms across our platforms
- Create and refine lead scoring models to prioritize high-quality leads
- Manage and execute email, chatbot and text marketing campaigns within SFMC for lead nurturing and acquisition.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration for the execution of sophisticated marketing journeys. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for CRM enhancements and automation. Lead efforts to configure and customize Salesforce to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor email, text and chatbot deliverability and maintain best practices for data hygiene and privacy.
- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce innovations and industry trends. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, data enrichment, and technological advancements within the CRM environment.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or a related quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, statistics, Computer Science) or relevant experience.
- 12 or more years of experience in analytics, with a focus on CRM and consumer engagement.
- 6 or more years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency in data querying and analysis tools such as SQL, Google, Excel.
- Experience with Tableau, Python, and web analytics tools (e.g., Datorama, Looker, Adobe, Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of email best practices, testing, and optimization.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
- Knowledge of data privacy and governance policies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and collaborative approach.

Salary: $179,000 - $220,000*
*Please note that the final salary offered will be determined based on the selected candidate's skills, and experience, as well as the internal salary structure at Quanata. Our aim is to offer a competitive and equitable compensation package that reflects the candidate's expertise and contributions to our organization.

Employees based in the San Francisco Bay Area or in Providence, Rhode Island may commute to one of our local offices as desired.
- Hours: We maintain core meeting hours from 9AM - 3PM Pacific time for collaborating with team members across all time zones.
