Job description

Voxxidea / Stafi is seeking an experienced and passionate US Immigration Legal Coach to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on mentoring and guiding others, with a deep knowledge of US immigration law and processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with US law firms, possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and have a comprehensive understanding of family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based US immigration visas.

NOTE: Only resumes in English will be considered. This application is open to individuals who permanently reside in any Latin American country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert coaching and mentorship to staff members and clients on US immigration law processes and strategies.
  • Guide individuals and teams through family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based visa processes, offering comprehensive support and insights.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for team members to enhance their understanding of immigration law and best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US immigration policies and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing accurate information.
  • Support representatives in preparing legal documents, forms, and applications for various visa types.
  • Assist in improving internal processes and workflows to streamline legal operations related to immigration cases.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English advanced level required; Spanish highly desirable).
  • 3+ years of experience working with US law firms, with a focus on immigration law.
  • In-depth knowledge of US immigration processes, including family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based visas.
  • Strong passion for coaching, mentoring, and helping others grow professionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience leading or facilitating training sessions.
  • Knowledge of case management systems or legal technology platforms.
