Job description

The Healthcare Bidding Manager leads the bid process for Quantitative Healthcare Market Research requests at Sago. This includes ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals that meet client requirements, while managing the bid budget and resources effectively. The Healthcare Bidding Manager will also liaise with various internals stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers.

The Healthcare Bidding Manager should have knowledge of the Healthcare industry trends and practices. In addition, they should be able to prepare and manage project budgets.

Requirements

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·       Lead the end-to-end bid process, including opportunity identification, assessment of feasibility and pricing, and proposal submission.

·       Develop and execute bid strategies that align with the company’s goals and client requirements.

·       Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure on-time and high-quality proposal submissions.

·       Maintain comprehensive and accurate bid documentation, including bid files, records of communication and pricing information.

·       Monitor bid performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

·       Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience required.

 

Experience:

·       2-3 years of Market Research Experience

·       Experience in the Healthcare Industry

·       Knowledge of the healthcare system in the United States

 

Computer Skills:

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
