About the Position:
InDebted is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer with a passion for innovation and problem-solving in a high-velocity environment. This role will focus on developing and maintaining reliable, scalable public APIs to support client relationships across multiple regions.

The Impact You Will Make:

• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Design and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions that drive business growth.
• Analyze and optimize system efficiency to enhance overall business productivity.
• Contribute to architectural decisions ensuring long-term maintainability and flexibility.
• Continuously improve product performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Participate in pair programming and knowledge-sharing practices.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in full-stack or backend development.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages (Golang preferred, but not mandatory).
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
• Experience building scalable and robust public APIs.

You Should Be Comfortable With:

• Agile methodologies, including trunk-based development and extreme programming.
• High-velocity environments with frequent deployments and feature toggles.
• Tech stack: Go, AWS Serverless, React JS, Terraform, CI/CD with BuildKite, GitHub version control.
• Monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch and Grafana.
• Communicating complex ideas with diverse stakeholders and making thoughtful trade-offs.
• Driving features from conception to production in a fully remote, supportive environment.

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience working in startup environments or dynamic settings.
• Familiarity with Event Sourcing and clean code principles.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.
