We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven leader in business development and partnerships to spearhead growth through global third-party relationships. Reporting to our VP Global Sales and Business Development, the Senior Director, Global Partnerships position is a key member of the GTM leadership team.

You will be pivotal in crafting and executing a strategic vision and developing innovative growth strategies, including building a sales revenue channel through partnerships, that strengthen Branch's partner ecosystem and deliver new revenue opportunities. You will play a critical role in fostering growth through diverse, high-impact partnerships with ecosystem and platform players including Media Agencies, Independent Software Vendors (ISV’s) and System Integrators. 

As a Senior Director, Global Partnerships, you’ll get to:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and partnership strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and brand visibility.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances that align with our growth objectives and enhance our product offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform our business strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in sales, marketing and enablement to develop targeted campaigns, sales strategies, lead generation efforts and partner onboarding success.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development and partnership professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Manage the business development and channel sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent progress and clear reporting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, potential clients, and partners to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

This role is 100% remote in Massachusetts. This role is not eligible for remote work in any other location.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Massachusetts is $255,000 - $285,000

Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Massachusetts only. Compensation for candidates outside of Massachusetts will be based on the candidate’s specific work location. 

Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.

Compensation for this role is base compensation + commission. Compensation shown is reflective of on target earnings.

The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
