Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant, where your passion for sales and drive for success will play a pivotal role in the buying and selling of homes. This fully remote position offers a unique opportunity to thrive in the real estate industry without requiring prior experience—only a strong willingness to excel is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads to facilitate the acquisition of new properties by evaluating real estate values and analyzing comparable market sales.
  • Negotiate the purchase and sale of properties to ensure optimal deals for the company.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on all prospective acquisitions and prepare contracts for finalization.
  • Assess repair costs and establish the After Repair Value (ARV) and current value of properties.
  • Interface with homeowners to present offers on their properties, guaranteeing a seamless and positive experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling successful interactions with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to enhance productivity.
  • Demonstrated sales expertise, particularly in phone-based sales.
  • Ability to analyze property values and market trends critically.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities for both acquisitions and sales processes.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience with a track record of being a top performer in previous roles.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred, but not mandatory.
